One thing I've learned is that being a good Salesforce developer isn't just about knowing Apex or Lightning Web Components. It's about understanding why a business needs a feature, choosing the right Salesforce capability—whether that's Flow, Apex, or a standard feature—and building something that's scalable, secure, and within governor limits.
